After-hours support Phone Tree

With Twilio as the foundational structure, we’ve built a phone tree to provide on-call support options for clients. Inbound calls automatically route to the appropriate employee assigned to after-hours on-call support. These features simultaneously provide assurance that support will be reached as needed, while employees have the confidence to know their evening, weekend, or holiday won’t be interrupted.

Remote Timesheet Keeping

Remote employees for a client that are paid hourly clock in and out for the day by using a phone system set up through Twilio. They call in at the beginning of their shift and again at the end. The system logs these calls to provide accurate timekeeping and interfaces with accounting and their payroll system.

Call Center Softphone and Backup

A call center uses Twilio within their FileMaker database as a softphone, allowing them to place calls from their CRM directly on their computer. Their FileMaker database tracks all details about the call (time placed, length, associate making the call, etc) while employees can make notes within their software while on the call. Additionally, it’s set up in such a manner that calls can still be placed if their primary phone lines have a service outage.
